Accident & Health Claims

Global 24 Advisory and Assistance is available free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible from anywhere in the world:

The Assistance Service is able to assist with:

  • Access to doctors for emergency assistance and advice
  • repatriation to your home country after a serious accident or illness if medically necessary
  • rescheduling of disrupted travel plans
  • remittance of payment guarantees and insurance verification to hospitals
  • medical monitoring
  • transmission of urgent messages to your family

Non-emergency and all other Claims (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)
