Chase launches a new Environmental Binder offering expanded capabilities for medium to large EIL risks

Our Environmental Risks team has over 10 years' experience underwriting this fast growing line of business. Driven by the increasing awareness of society and industry impacts on the environment, more stringent and complex environmental regulation has given rise to businesses' increased focus on insurance protection for costs and liabilities in connection with environmental exposures.

Our products are designed to assist with pollution liability incidents, complement a large number of the Complex Risks target portfolio and can provide greater certainty in mitigating the gaps or exclusions of traditional policies.
